We have got super classy news for Kartik Aryan and Bhool Bhulaiyaa fans; the unnerving movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is all set for theatrical release on 20th May this year.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 Cast
Terror ( Horror with Fun!) movie, Bhool Bhulaiya 2, Directed by Anees Bazmee is a sequel to Priydarshan’s psychological thriller Bhool Bhulaiya that was released back in 2007 (watch free on Youtube).
Bhool Bhulaiya starred Akshay Kumar (as a renowned psychiatrist), Vidya Balan, Shiny Ahuja, and Rajpal Yadav to name a few. In the movie, Vidya who played Manjulika was nominated for the Best actress in the 2008 Filmfare awards and so was Akshay Kumar for Best actor.
Interestingly, Bhool Bhulaiya was the remake of the 1993 Malayalam psychological horror movie Manichitrathazhu which was a hit.
Now coming to Bhool Bhulaiya 2, the leading names included in the cast are Kartik Aryan, Kiara Advani, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Amar Upadhyay, Sanjay Mishra, Milind Gunaji, and Rajesh Sharma.
As a reminder, Rajpal Yadav was also part of the cast of Bhool Bhulaiya as Chotte Pandit.
Kartik Aryan named Rooh Baba can be seen playing a similar role played by Akshay Kumar in Bhool Bhulaiya. Kartik Aaryan shared the trailer of the movie on his Instagram captioning, “Rooh Baba is coming Beware Manjulika!!”
Even the avatar of Kartik is the same as of Akshay but with different colors. Rajpal Yadav is perhaps assisting him as can be seen in the trailer.

This is arousing quite a hype of fun-filled horror among the netizens. And one can wonder what role will be played by Kiara in the movie. Will she be playing Majulika or is it Tabu who will be serving the purpose?
The film is seemingly giving a clue to the viewers that they must tighten their seatbelts to enjoy a tingling journey that not only embraces best practices in acting but is eerie and terrifying as well!

The online streaming giant Amazon Prime Video has acquired the digital rights of the movie for a record price of Rs. 30 crores.
