Delhi needed 137 runs at the rate of 6.85 runs per over, this was not a big ask but DC must keep up with the run rate and should not lose many wickets too early.

Delhi still needed 43 runs off 42 deliveries with 6 wickets in hand, it was not a big ask and DC just needed to keep playing till the end.
R Ashwin joined Dhawan and DC got into big trouble when Shardul Thakur dismissed both Ashwin and Dhawan in one over at 2 and 39 runs respectively, DC was 99-6 after 15 overs

Shimron Hetmyer and Axar Patel were the new batsmen on the crease, both played sensibly and took the score to 131-6 by the end of the 19th over.
DC now needed 6 runs of 6 balls, which looked simple but again a twist in the tale, Bravo dismissed Axar at 5, DC was 135-7 after 19.3 overs.
DC needed just 2 runs of 3 deliveries but the risk was that Bravo was Bowling and Kagiso Rabada was on the strike, and to everybody surprise, Rabada hit dispatched Bravo to the boundary and registered a win for Delhi in 19.4 over, DC scored 139-7 and won by 3 wickets.
