An American film, “Dune” directed by Denis Villeneuve & produced by Mary Parent, Cale Boyter & Joe Caracciolo Jr, is part 1 of a planned two-part gallant story of a rising duke who bravely controls and fights battles. The movie is based on Frank Herbert’s science fiction novel “Dune”

“Dune” will be released on the 22nd of October, 2021 in theaters and on HBO Max simultaneously.

Dune Plot

The plot of the movie revolved around Timothée Chalamet who plays the role of youthful legend, Paul Atreides, a brilliant and talented youthful man who is being groomed to lead when his family comes to know that they have to travel to Arrakis.

Paul Atreides gets a dream about his family’s future and a girl, Chani, who is a native (fremen) of the planet Arrakis.

Later on, the emperor Shaddam IV directs Leto Atreides Duke of house Atreides to accept the stewardship of the dangerous desert planet Arrakis also known as “Dune.”

The desert planet that houses the universe’s most valuable asset “the spice,” a drug that extends life and enhances mental abilities. The giant sandworms protect the drug and the planet has been managed by House Atreides’ longtime enemies, the Harkonnens.

Leto is aware that Shaddam, feeling threatened by the rising power and influence of the Atreides, has sent him into a trap, yet, Leto travels to Arrakis taking along his confides, family, and young son and heir Paul Atreides.

Shang-Chi marvel’s movie is released on 3rd September 2021 in cinemas across the globe. In India, the movie is available in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.

The movie is based on Marvel Comics, it is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, produced by Marvel Studios, and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. 

Shang Chi Cast

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings settle on some exceptionally keen
decisions. The character of the antagonist is played by Hong Kong screen legend Tony Leung who brilliantly laments a single man who needs his first love back, with his crude magnetism and threatening energy-boosting each scene he is in. 

The Shang-Chi cast additionally incorporates the Malaysian hotshot Michelle Yeoh, who has been consistently exemplified, and she’s an attractive draw on Shang-Chi.

Shang Chi Plot

Xu Wenwu possessed the mystical weapons, the Ten Rings and in order to expand the powers, he had to find the village Ta Lo. He finds the village and he falls in love with Ying Li, the head of the village.

He gave up the powers of Ten Rings to get married to Li, after marriage they were blessed with two children Shang-Chi and Xiang. Their family life progresses, but life takes a turn again, when Shang-Chi is 7, his mother Li was assassinated by Wenwu’s enemies, the Iron Gang.

Wenwu possesses the ten rings again to revenge the murder of Li, he trains  Shang-Chi in martial arts, after Shang-Chi turns 14, Wenwu sends him to assassinate the Iron Gang’s leader.

After the mission Shang-Chi escapes to San Francisco to hide from his father, adopting the name “Shaun” where he meets his best friend, Katy. He’s was serving as a valet in San Francisco when his father catches up to him with a plan to bring him home.

Shang Chi Reviews

The movie is a signature Marvel production, based on superheroes’ life events. The movie has a lot of special effects pertaining to the ten rings’ powers. If you are an MCU fan and you like Asian Kung Fu movies then the action-packed thriller is for you. Also, check here.
