R Madhavan proves himself to be a true daredevil as he takes the whole movie on his shoulders. The movie is indeed an unprecedented biopic of the previous Head of ISRO’s cryogenics division – Nambi Narayanan, who was falsely accused of espionage and arrested in 1994. All charges against him were dismissed by the Supreme Court in 1998.
With a run time of 156 minutes, Rocketry is released in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada languages. Alongside R Madhavan who is playing the lead role of Nambi Narayanan, Simran is playing the role of Nambi’s wife Meena Narayanan. Other nominal cast includes Gulshan Grover and Rajit Kapoor.
The story of Rocketry revolves around how Nambi, the genius scientist makes great efforts to upgrade India’s rocketry and aviation industry but as a reward gets an accusation of being a traitor.
Rocketry is heart-warming as it epically shows the true pain behind a patriotic person who got charged for something he didn’t do. On the other hand, it’s hard to envisage the plight of a person who fights all odds even when the system is conspiring against him.

R Madhavan as a debutant director has done an outclass job. The story of Rocketry: The Nambi Effect being distinctive and untold is very alluring to the audience. If we talk about the acting, R Madhavan’s acting is more than terrific. It seems that he has acted in every scene with the core of his heart and truly lived the life of the scientist.
Also, Simran is given less screen time but still has managed to leave a mark by playing Nambi’s wife exquisitely. The guest appearance of Shah Rukh Khan will leave fans astounded and is a treat to the eyes.
The background score of Rocketry: The Nambi Effect is bewildering and so are the special effects. The movie doesn’t have many songs but that doesn’t matter since it has more than enough content to influence the audience. Overall, the movie is truly inspiring as it is distinct from conventional Bollywood movies.
