Shamshera – The Hero of the Masses

Ranbir Kapoor aka Shamshera dauntlessly rescues his warrior tribe from the merciless dictatorial General Sudh Singh

Written by Khila Misht along with Karan Malhotra and Piyush Mishra, Shamshera is set in the 1800s in a fictitious city Kaza.

The movie narrates the story of relentless hero Shamshera played by Ranbir Kapoor who fights valiantly along with his dacoit tribe against the ruthless general Sudh Singh played by Sanjay Dutt in the pursuit to let his tribe free from his enslavement and agony.

Other cast includes Vani Kapoor as Sona who is playing the role of a dancer opposite Ranbir, Ronit Roy, and Ashutosh Rana.

Directed by Karan Malhotra, this action extravaganza has been produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films and Aditya Chopra and is set to release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu,

Shamshera is expected to be a movie for the masses where Ranbir is playing the dual role of a father and son as well. He plays the son Shamshera a larger-than-life role of a savior this time rather than playing as a romantic sweet hero, and that too after a long gap of 4 years. Ranbir did “Sanju”, the biopic made on the life of Sanjay back in 2018.

Sanjay Dutt has surprised the audience with yet another role of a savage antagonist, after his similar roles in films like KGF2, Luck, and Agneepath. And no one knows that he shot the movie while battling all odds. Vaani Kapoor has also shown tremendous performance alongside Ranbir Kapoor.

Shamshera should entertain the audience with the tremendous performances played by lead roles which speak to the efforts done by the director. The movie has commendable cinematography and the set is all adding more to the theme of the movie.

In just the same way, the background score of the movie Shamsheera is also complementing the movie theme a lot. Ranbir and Vaani make quite an admirable pair.

Songs like Ji Hazoor sung by Aditya Narayan, and Fitoor by Arjit Singh and Neeti Mohan are adding an extra flavor to Shamsheera making it more likely to be watched.
